Your First Visit

On your first initial visit, there are a lot of paperwork to be filled out, including checking your dental insurance.  To expedite this process, you can download health history form from this website and bring it in along with copy of your id and insurance card.  Glendora Dental Arts utilize all digital x-ray technology.  These x-rays allow Dr. Lee to better assess your oral health, and also reduce your radiation compared to traditional analog x-rays.  After the x-rays are taken, Dr. Lee will perform a comprehensive dental examination which will include full periodontal examination, oral cancer and TMJ checkup.  For all children, Dr. Lee will discuss with a parent/guardian all recommended treatment plan, along with any habits and/or dietary concerns that may affect developing adult teeth.  Please expect about an hour for this process.  If you request additional treatment to be rendered on the same day as your examination, we need to allow for additional chair time, so please let us know in advance.
